Exchange Guidelines:

1. If the product is incorrect or defective, return it to the delivery person immediately and notify us via inbox message. We will respond promptly, Inshallah.
2. For exchanges due to size, color, or design differences, return the product to the delivery person immediately or visit our outlet within 7 days.
3. Customized sizes are not eligible for exchange or cancellation. However, if the company is at fault, we will take full responsibility.
